3. Products & pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display matches the actual product.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Availability: Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
Errors: In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Promotional offers: Discount codes and promotions are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

4. Orders & payments

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is a confirmation that we have received it.

Order acceptance: A contract between you and Ovelis is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
Order cancellation: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (see our Returns Policy). You may also cancel before dispatch by contacting us.

5. Shipping & delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs).

Risk of loss: The risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
International orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Returns & refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. We will refund to the original payment method.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on final sale items, underwear, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
